In conjunction with January’s Black Ink Book Festival, we will be hosting D.M. Brockington, author of the enthralling book, The Rise of the Millennial Witch.
Being the Millennial Witch was the last thing on Tyler’s mind when she left Charleston for Chicago. She was looking forward to an amazing girl’s trip with her best friends, the twins Nicole and Michelle. But when Nicole goes missing, Michelle and Tyler use magic to locate her, leading them to Ann Bennett, a bound witch with a plan to get her magic back, by any means necessary. Forced to finally come to terms with the fact that she’s the Millennial Witch and won’t be able to escape her role as future leader of the Assembly, Tyler returns to Charleston to deal with the aftermath left by Ann Bennett and to prepare to do battle. Unlike the members of the Assembly, the coven that the Spencer witches belong to, Ann is organized, deliberate in her thinking and actions, and perpetually pissed off. Tired of playing cat and mouse, Ann heads to Charleston to get her powers back from the one person who can unbind them. Ultimately, Tyler has to figure out how to honor her family legacy, while shaping her own future before Ann destroys them all. Register here
